SkyWorld and RHB Banking Group have embarked on a strategic collaboration to promote green-certified homeownership for purchasers of The Vesta Residences and Curvo Residences. This marks the first-ever partnership between both parties to introduce RHB’s Green Home Financing scheme for SkyWorld’s green-certified homes. RHB Bank will offer a higher margin of 95% Green Home Financing for both projects, exceeding the conventional mortgage’s maximum margin of 90%. This represents a significant stride in fostering sustainable living within the property sector.
SkyWorld in partnership with Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (“Alliance Bank”), is excited to announce an enhanced homeownership experience through Alliance Home Complete, a strategic product that offers up to RM150,000 in additional financing to homebuyers. A milestone in Malaysia's affordable housing sector was achieved today with the signing of a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) between Penang Development Corporation (PDC), PDC Properties (a subsidiary of PDC), and SkyWorld Development Berhad. The tripartite agreement will bring to life the Rumah Bakat Baru MADANI scheme, heralded as the nation's largest affordable housing development project. When combined with the existing Rumah Mampu Milik units, both schemes firmly establish the project as a cornerstone of the Federal Government’s commitment under the Rancangan Malaysia Ke-12 to deliver 500,000 affordable homes by 2025.
